Our suites have been designed for the elite guest, providing an ultra modern and luxurious design with contrasting exposed old stone walls, reminding guests they are in a 1700 year old palace. Hundreds of hours of work done by hand by a highly skilled master mason brought each stone, previously hidden for years, back to life. The old stone and modern custom designed furniture blend beautifully with the exotic brazillian hardwood floors. Other features include deluxe bathrooms, glass showers with the ceiling rain option, flatscreen TVs with cable channels, wireless internet connection, in floor heating, air conditioning with its own regulating controls and a mini-bar fridge. Leather living room sofa sets can be unfolded as an extra double bed. Luxurious bathrobes and slippers are provided for our guests and each room contains its own safe, for ultimate comfort and security. Sleep like royalty on our European King size deluxe mattreses, with hypo-allergenic exceptional quality pillows, optional feather down duvets and finest linens. A city guide and any other required information is provided upon arrival together with current local activities and events. In additon, any necessary interpretation or advice is available by your English speaking hosts. Split, Croatia has become a popular vacation destination, particularly Diocletian´s Palace, a 30,000 square meter 1700 year old Roman Palace under the protection of UNESCO as a registered site of cultural heritage. The Palace is the area which is presently lacking in tourist accomodation as new construction is banned due to the heritage designation.
